Yes, missed it. Not a bad price for roundtrip biz, though, especially given how much the Pound has plummeted.

Good Morning Box.
Any places domestically that offers consistently good exchange rates for buying Euros, Pounds, etc.? |

This is really confidence inspiring,
They've also padded their schedule so heavily that their operation runs "on-time" for the most part. Although I haven't set foot on one of their planes in almost two years and hope to never again, I think they might actually resemble an airline today. There's also been a cleaning of the house in Tempe and a lot of the "drive this bus into the ground" Sr. Management have been escorted to their cars. But, if all  breaks lose, you better hope you're not in PHiLthy. (Happy Birthday.) |

We're not allowed to serve those to Plus1's daughter. So do I hide the box in the pantry? Or serve everyone else those while I give her steel cut oats? :D

I hope everyone is enjoying the International Day of The Otter. I'll be celebrating with a nice big Belgian Ale after this evening's classes.

My PHL-STT-CLT flights over the weekend were actually okay. Nothing spectacular, but it wasn't the house of horrors I had feared.

baglady, did you catch Castle last night? IMO it is getting to be one of the better shows on TV, and it (well, ok, she...can anyone say naughty hot?) has made Monday night something to look forward to...especially after watching my Devils get trounced last night. |
This just in:
It's TACO TUESDAY.

Did you have one of the refurbished aircraft with newly-recovered leather seats in both F and Y? The F seats were actually nice.
The way back was a 762 with the new lie-flat Envoy seats up front and leather in the back. Pitch seemed a bit tighter than on the 752 in Y (I tried out a normal row to stretch out and sleep for a while on the outbound, as the plane was empty). It was still okay, though. |
