Now that the agents have been working with QIK Shares for a couple years a lot of the teething pains have gone away. When I defected, most East agents couldn't process simple transactions without a 90 minute call to the unHELPful Desk.

They've also padded their schedule so heavily that their operation runs "on-time" for the most part. Although I haven't set foot on one of their planes in almost two years and hope to never again, I think they might actually resemble an airline today.

There's also been a cleaning of the house in Tempe and a lot of the "drive this bus into the ground" Sr. Management have been escorted to their cars.

But, if all :rolleyes: breaks lose, you better hope you're not in PHiLthy.

baglady, did you catch Castle last night? IMO it is getting to be one of the better shows on TV, and it (well, ok, she...can anyone say naughty hot?) has made Monday night something to look forward to...especially after watching my Devils get trounced last night.

Outbound was an international config 752 with Envoy up front and Leather in the back. I sat in the Y exit row, and the Significant Otter enjoyed the Envoy seat. I tried it out for about 5 mins, and it was pretty comfy. Better than CO's BF seat on the 752/767, IMO.

The way back was a 762 with the new lie-flat Envoy seats up front and leather in the back. Pitch seemed a bit tighter than on the 752 in Y (I tried out a normal row to stretch out and sleep for a while on the outbound, as the plane was empty). It was still okay, though.
