Nope. That's where they leave the rusted out '51 Ford, an old refrigerator and a stack of worn out tires. :D ;)

Sorry, I'm not following your logic at all...

If you spend less up front, you lose less in the end. Spending 100k on a Tesla Roadster doesn't mean it will last longer than a 36k (or less) car. In fact, chances are the batteries on the Tesla would fail much earlier than a normal car with a gas engine.

a car isn't a good investment period. not doing it as an investment. Not 100% on roadster, but probably will get a tesla :) There is a 12 month lead time now, batteries will progress a lot in the next 24-36 months I have.

:( 3 cops shot and killed in OAK. :( Another one in critical. :( Possibly killed by an assault rifle. There are reports that people in OAK were cheering the deaths of the officers.

It will be 2011 or 2012 before I can get the car however...

I have a Tesla dealership half a mile from my house. Those things look sweet! I might take one for a spin...

Hey, does anybody else see a lot of white space under the FT banner and before beginning of the content?

The birthday party just finished... we were about 20-25 people... we just finished:

2.5L Tequila
750ml Mezcal
7 bottles of red wine
2 bottles of white wine
1 bottle of Port
350ml Triple Sec
3 beers
1L Rum
1L Vodka

Would this be ok by B:rolleyes:x standards, or kinda wimpy still?

I don't have a single bottle of vodka in my cabinets. Tito's seems of some interest, though.

www.titosvodka.com - the ethnic stereotype is still alive and well that Poles and Russians (and the Dutch, thanks to Ketel) are the vodka people. This is a guy named Tito in AUS, and it's smoother than Goose.

Is there a site that allows for searches containing 8+ segments?

Won't ITA build out as long of a string as you ask it to?

I have no doubt that the geography of the happening will lead to further inane discussions about how evil personal weapons are. And I thought that uneducated savages cheering the deaths of cops was exclusively a Philly thing.

Morning, Box.

Anyone who gets BBC America might be interested in the Tesla test drive/beating on Top Gear tomorrow night.

But did we ever find out about the ruckus in your neighborhood last night?

ConciergeMike Mar 22, 2009 8:08 am

These Jon and Kate Plus 8 divorce rumors are soooooo fun to follow. I hate that show with a passion...well, more accurately, I can't stand her and feel sorry for him...31 years old with eight kids and her constantly nagging me? I'd have put my brains on the wall by now no matter how good the money is.

I think it was a medical emergecy. It was at a house with an elderly woman living there who seem physically active. When I went to take a peak out the side window they were pulling away full flashers and I noticed here daughter's SUV following them. I'll try to find out later from my next door neighbor when I do some yard work and try to catch them as they are close to her.

Since you're here: I am the proud owner of an autographed set of Chico Resch's game-prep notes. Mom got Doc Emrick's set, and Doc was nice enough to pose for a photo wearing my mother's blinking devil horns.

Ding, ding, ding! Winner winner, chicken dinner. My wife watches that show. She thinks he should divorce her. The few times I have seen it, she is the biggest nag! He can never do anything right in her eyes. I told my wife, that if she is ever like Kate, I'll leave her.

Emrick is a heckuva nice guy but I have heard that Resch blows hot and cold. I am guessing that Brodeur looked to be very ready for the playoffs. :)
