I think "Captain D's" might actually be a bit worse.

When I officed in Parsippany, a couple of vendors took my boss and I out to lunch. We tried a couple of places like Friday's, but they were crazy busy.

My boss, who was all about the work, said let's just go to Roy Rogers so we can get back to the office. My boss ended up paying because the vendors said they'd get fired if Roy's showed up on their expense account as a client lunch.

I have no idea. Mrs. sbm12 thought I was joking when I read her the weather forecast this morning. It was 65 and sunny (and beautiful) two days ago.

I wore shorts to play golf this morning and I had to crank the AC a tad cooler.

:p

I would be concerned about that if in the past month I hadn't purchased 4 tires, a dishwasher, a front window for my car, a new phone and a ticket to DFW that cost more than J Edwards flight to SYD ;) Also, I did buy a case of wine and champagne this week so I helped the liquor companies. Just my part in bettering the economy :)

Wow! I even knew about most of this stuff. Most of it I even knew about before the spend was made. I only know about the grape juice because of trash detail.

When I was a corporate trainer (providing assistance to the CIT Group), I spent quite a bit of time in Parsippany area hotels.

Or just get the client to put in writing that it was "client choice". Then again, I might prefer some Roy's fried chicken over Fridays ...

The Fridays in Parsippany was the first place Plus1 and I had lunch. I don't think he said a word to me the entire lunch, but we were at the same table.

I ran my upgrade percentages a few days ago. 78% so far for the year, which is much better than what I was running last year. I've just come to the conclusion that there's random variability in EUA rates. However, being based on the West Coast, BlissWorld's baseline EUA rate will likely be lower than someone based in IAH who doesn't travel exclusively to EWR/LAX/SFO.

The Bag household is 100% between IAH and LAX so far this year. It's all weekend travel though.

Life's odd that way. My ex-girlfriend and I met when I told her dad that he was making me late for racquetball.

Something like: "He did the last semester of the academy from a hospital bad, so I'd cut him some slack."

Bit me. It got effing cold here tonight, though it was reasonable during the day. And idiot me decided to not wear a jacket either last night or tonight going out for dinner. Brrrrr.

Plus, Washington lost which annoys me. I had them going a couple more rounds.

I have no problem tipping airport cab drivers with random foreign currency. I figure its better than getting nothing and since they're doing airport runs they can get it exchanged.
