We have friends in So Cal and he recently had a heart attack. He had planned on getting three root canals done, but the heart attack put that off. Now the dentist won't do it and sent him to a cardiac dentist (who knew?) and the price more than tripled. So my friend called her old dentist back in NE to see what he would do and he'll do it for about 1/4 what the new specialist wants. She figured it would be a great way for them to spend spring break and buy tix for the entire family (5) and still come out way ahead. Precautions are needed for heart patients at dentists but not what this guy was doing, it was just an excuse to fleece him :rolleyes: |
