It's pretty simple. Build a route network and grow from there. Hopefully Mike will lower the cost of gates or increase the base cash so that more than one or two destinations are available at the beginning.

It seems to take a lot of patience to get going. My bank account was sucked dry pretty quickly but I'm now profitable month to month and working on reducing my debt so I can buy some more aircraft and expand.

A pretty entertaining game...

I'm not sure you can borrow. I think I got in to debt through quick expansion during the first month before the gate fees were actually due.
