I wish I was in SEA at the right times to try airport food - I read that theirs is excellent.

Ivars, their chowder is delicious.

SEA is okay. PDX has great food. :rolleyes:v and I went to some place there that had Kobe Applewood-Bacon Bleu Cheese Burgers that were unreal. I don't know if I'm carrying sufficient insurance to enjoy another one of those anytime soon.

That was a great burger ^

I have never been to PDX and this sounds like a great reason to go. Where can I find one of these burgers.

Don't you need to go landside at PDX to get to a lot of the good food? I seem to remember something strange like that.

while you are at it, forget breathing inside, the air is so dirty inside that it can be worse than outside air.

The Salt Lick is good. Remember that you can fly to AUS and get it in the airport and also at Red Rock Station in Las Vegas.

Also for those in and around Texas another BBQ place is Rudy's. Good BBQ but the best cream corn. Also for those in E at IAH the food court near E-24 has a Pappas BBQ which serves BBQ Potatoes. This is from the same company that does Pappadeaux!

Salt lick is VERY good. I picked up a few bottles of their sauce & rub on my way back from DO IV :p Rudy's is very good too. There's one not too far from IAH When I was recently there with J.Edward he slyly got me to order way too much so he could enjoy the left overs (we ordered about 9 pounds of BBQ for 5 people)... Their creamed corn was AMAZING!
