For all those not keeping score at home, TG = |

I tried their brisket at their NYC BBQ fest last summer and wasn't overly impressed. Granted, it was probably the 10th place I tried and the combination of 95 degree heat, half dozen beers, and 5 pounds of smoked meat -- I don't think anything would have tasted good at that point.
Salt Lick's brisket has always been good to me though, I've only had it dry out once. Their sauce is a selling point. |

But seriously, I've heard good things about TG's premium classes -- what's the deal with them? |
C:rolleyes: question for the Box --
If I want to book a trip from NYC - ZLO using miles in First, how many miles would they ding me for? The kerfuffle is IAH - ZLO is only operated by Express, so how do they work the mileage for those flights? |

The first part of that sentence, however, is the kicker. Great way to ruin a vacation is when you can't get to it. And then you're out all your inter-Asia and hotel bookings. |
I want vegan cookies

Maybe I'll just pony up the $400 beans and book on the 777 between EWR and IAH and play EUA roulette. Paying for F on these flights is rather  anyway considering the connection coming home leaves IAH at 705 so "no soup for ." |

Also of note: BKK-LAX has been pretty open on TG (via ANA) so if anyone here ever wanted to sample TG, that'd be a flight to do it on. (No, not that kind of "it" -- the other kind.)

Then it should not make a difference what you call it at home!
But seriously, I've heard good things about TG's premium classes -- what's the deal with them? I'm still hoping that UA magically sees the segments i want soon or I may be going through Europe to SIN/MLE this summer. In a ^^ to UA... I am flying MSP-SEA-YVR(NW)-ORD-LHR(UA) today. I wans't relishing the thought of having to go through Canadian customs for "a connection" given how much i've heard in the box. UA cancelled YVR-ORD as I was standing in SEA and managed to get the 1k desk to rebook me SEA-ORD and preserving my upgrade to LHR. :D |
