I wondered who broke it.

Where was I when it broke? Oh yea. Having the name Green I refuse to wear green on St. Patrick's day.

I have never actually had a massage by a professional. My friend in LAS keeps telling me to go, he swears by them, but I never go. I think I may go this time, because my shoulders and back are killing me. I feel like I just spent 16 hours in coach to HKG.

What would you recommend for this scenario?

Start with swedish but tell the massage therapist where you are really sore and they may do deep tissue or trigger point in that area. Massage keeps me as normal as I'm ever going to get.

You relly are missing out. You should get a professional massage immediately.

I have a few more days of demo work ahead of me. I think I will try to go Monday because I should be just about all done with all the demo in the master bath by then.

From everything I hear, it's the best Bluray player to get. I would get one, but that would require a home. Maybe one of these days i'll acquire one of those fangled things. :D

Mine too! SGN is my favorite. I usually sleep through those and usually it's before I fly.

Now I really feel I should have gotten one when I was there last year on my layover...

Hmmm. Never heard of it. My grandmother truly liked pickled pigs feet.

I went to the Spa at Pebble Beach for a massage after the end of the tournament that I work out there. It is a tradition I started a few years ago and is the first call after booking my CO flight to SFO.

They are well worth your time and you feel great. I encouraged my Mom to get one too and I was worried as when I went out into the solarium(waiting room) she looked nervous as could be. When she came out at the end she looked fabolous! JUST DO IT!

Incredibly inexpensive, too.

My first one was right before taking the PE exam as I was stressing out over it. Then I got them for a few years but then she left. I haven't gone to her replacement even though I hear he's good but I just have your typical guy hang-ups about getting a massage from a dude even though they usually are better for sports massage because of increased hand strength. I’m sure I’d get over it in about 5 minutes. I know that all sounded so horribly wrong and my apologies.

You should have! Sometimes there is a line so I go there first and if I need to wait, I'll shop while waiting. The lounge in SGN is not my favorite so I'd rather do commerce.

Corned beef =

Pastrami is much much better.
