What routes have you been flying?

One segment earns Ininite Elite.

Enterprise

There's a reason my s/o and I have 3 cars. 1. I am a car guy and like my 2 cars. 2. If there's a reason that one of the cars is in for service or in a wreck, no need to rent from Enterprise and deal with their sales tactics.

For the Enterprise haters out there, which would definitely include me, check out www.failingenterprise.com. It's an unsanctioned company message board...and it's oh so juicy. I went on there to "research" because I got cold-called for their Management Trainee thing. Among some gems I saw on there:

- Agents and managers in my local area talking extreme smack about the hiring manager that was calling me.

- A comprehensive list of who in which offices had at one time or is/was screwing whom, and a list of what cars the various pairings had gotten it on in...

- Multiple outright admissions of the fraudulent and deceptive practices that they're infamous for.

This and tons of other stuff on www.failingenterprise.com

In other news, the term "Chia-ding" will soon be introduced to everyone I know.

ETA: I was laughing so hard that I went back and put belynch's post (#3,095 in The Box) in my Favorites. Not too much out there makes me snort, and that did.

Seriously, SoFla is not that bad in June. The high heat and humidity haven't quite set in and ocean water temps will be in the 80s. Upgrades to PBI and FLL are both pretty easy to get for people at all elite levels. As ALCO mentioned, there is an SPG property on Singer Island as well as a Hilton. There are also a few Marriotts in the area.

Lol, I first read that as Sofia. Now where are the idle are off to...

38K is easily manageable on 2 well-routed UA Q-UP fares. Depending on the transcon fares available, you ought to be able to earn those miles for around $1,500 in the front cabin (earning Status Miles at 300%). The more segments you have on your first Q-UP with UA, the more likely something will be broken (Seat, IFE, Catering), and then you can collect a $200 SkyKit to average-down the cost of your next Q-UP. :D

It's because I no longer fly them.

"But it's sunny here, and it's clear at our destination!"

"Right - but there's a passenger, belynch, that has his own personal black cloud, which is delaying us."

My coworkers were literally offering me money to not switch to CO. "Don't ruin it for us. EWR is fragile (must be Italian)."

I think it's time to bite the bullet and hop on the BD train. How hard is the status match? Anyone know who to contact? Just the service center? And, yes, i'm being lazy so rather then researching it I figure I'll ask.
