Can you give out guest gate passes with the PC membership?

They just re-did them last year with tilt flat seats. They're apparently rather uncomfortable to sleep in, but I imagine for a shorter trip they will be fine. Don't expect much in terms of food or service and doubtful any IFE (US treats Caribbean as Domestic and they killed IFE for all domestic legs, even if the bird is outfitted with one).

There's worse ways to get down there.

hmm cheappy fares to NCE, sounds nice.

ITA searching provides limited dates at 418AI, with CO IAH-EWR-FCO-AZ-NCE-KL-AMS-CO-IAH. Not sure if there is a way to negotiate the YQ.
edit to add, CO L fare @ 149 each way and about $100 in taxes and intl fees, no fuel surcharge
