Good riddins. They were worse than worthless.

Don't say that in front of the wrong people. UA ICC agents were godsends to people who loved to take advantage of their stupidity.

Is that location dependent? I've gotten into the AS clubs at SFO and SEA with my PC card and a CO BP...

I think that a same day CO BP may be acceptable as well. I may have been mistaken. I did remember that a valid BP was a requirement, for some reason thought it was only AS.

We are close to stuff, too... Fetid Mosquito-Infested Swamps, Dismal Brown Waters of Galveston, Glorious Flat Expanses Populated by Pollen-Spewing Pines, Refineries Galore.

At least we have Whataburger

UA telephone CS was rather disappointing when I've used it, but eventually you can get to a human and get a response (even if you have to fax them the same documents four times). I have found, though, that UA doesn't even respond to its CS email. Stuff just disappears into a black hole.

Oh, that is so wrong, and yet SO liquid-splattered-all-over-keyboard funny!

I've been airborne the last four weekends (LAS, board meeting, MR, CO Do IV), so I won't know how to respond.
