How'd you get the beans, above the ?

I see it's just like NJ for daytime EMS. The paramedics show up first and 10 minutes later the BLS arrives. At night, it's another story. If anyone requires an ambulance in NJ, try to have your emergency after 7pm, but before 6am. Trust me on that.

When I did volly EMS about 6 or 7 years ago, I responded to a call at the high school field. I don't remember exactly what the call was (cardiac or respiratory arrest), but I remember it was serious enough for me to be hauling the rig (a 1987 Ford E350 gasoline engine POS with bad brakes) at 65 MPH on local roads to get there. When we arrived (approximately 2 minutes after dispatch), I pulled into the parking lot and onto the football field right next to the unconscious patient. Well, before I even got out of the ambulance, I had some  yelling at me to move this off the new field they just installed. I ignored him and continued to make my way to access the patient. This jacka$$ followed us and continued to hover over us and insisted that me move the ambulance off the field now. I was just annoyed and irritated so I radioed for PD to respond. They quickly arrived and took care of this  and I remember the patient, a high school student was o.k. after we transported him to the er.

what the hell is with some people. This jerk was more worried about the tire track we were going to leave from the ambulance on the field that the unconscious kid. I guess he would have liked us to double park on the street and walk 3 blocks to the field

I was thinking when I go to London in March, I was going to take the train or a lcc to Paris for the day, but I think I will just skip on that and try ryan air to rome or bcn for the day.

Let's hope she won't be future family (for you or your daughter, though your daughter would certainly have to see her more).

Does this place have a name you can share with the Box?

UA p.s. in C was great ^
You get a portable media player , a nice meal, and the seat has a nice recline and foot rest. I was lucky to be next to a
1K so they took our order and served us first .

You were just lucky. UA p.s. in F sucked both times that I rode with them on awards. None of the portable players worked, the food was complete garbage, the crew disappeared after the meal service, the airplanes were coming apart and held together with duct tape, etc.etc. IMO, anybody who is not 1K or GS and actually pays for a ticket on UA needs therapy.

:eek:Beer? AT the movies? What a great invention!

The movie that we go to in Boca Raton has a bar and good full service restaurant, along with love seats, free valet parking, and all the popcorn you can eat included in the $20 ticket.

It truly is a pleasure to go to a film in a theater where children are not permitted. That alone is worth the extra $10.

This is the truth. Try Toulouse where everyone is pretty laid back and the wine is inexpensive and very good or Normandy where everybody still loves Americans.

I may have to start going to the movies when I am in Boca.

It is the Premiere at Muvico20 on Airport Road. It is the thing that when you see it for the first time traveling on I-95 between Glades and Yamato, you wonder what it is.

Catching up on the Box when you've been away from it for 24 hours is a lot of work, even on the weekend.

Did anyone from the box take advantage of the SEA weekend special?
I am sort of kicking myself for letting this one slip on by

I am pretty sure this is where monitor goes when in Boca. It is right off of I-95. Been there a couple times myself. Great movie theater!^

We've never been, so there's the bare minimum of sights that we want to see. It's going to be a long weekend for us so we won't have to rush around. What's good about it is that EU seems so close that going for a long weekend is always a possibility.

We've never been. We like everything, but I think this trip we'll be avoiding and extra fine cuisine. That inexpensive French country cooking restaurant that ALCO mentioned sounds right up our alley.
