Please do advise on those premium outlets, especially whether or not they are survivable in the company of multiple females. I was driving up to EWR not too long ago and happened to look to my right and see a shopapalooza. I looked again and said to myself "There was never any shopping there. Hmmmmm." My mother and my fiancee want to go, and I'm running out of excuses.

In other news, half of the employment puzzle is solved - the fiancee not only got recalled to Borgata but got more money out of it.

If that took place , you not only would have gotten miles, you would also not have to buy a ring .

I too would be cheesed if my fiancee picked a carrier that served LAS but did not represent a good mile-earning opportunity. I've already told her that if we go to LAS at any point that there is no debate permitted w/r/t going PHL-IAH-LAS.

Even after you're through holding out, I'm pretty sure it's possible to fall back on one's own cluelessness and stupidity as a defense to most f-ups. I've been doing just about everything wrong for years. The holding out part is essential. It acclimates them to the fact that you really are that stupid, and aren't especially trainable. :D

Texas has one of the most liberal informal marriage laws out there (which is a bit shocking, or not, depending upon your perspective).

One need only show:

1. Agreement to be Married;
2. Holding selves out as married in Texas; and
3. Cohabitation.

1 may be proven by establishing that 2 and 3 occurred. There are no specific time-requirements in Texas. IIRC, I saw a case where three months of cohabitation and holding out were sufficient.

I'm filing this in the back of my mind for future reference. :)
