To summarize, beer = good, I'm not bailing any of you out of jail, baglady jr. is awesome, and whoever is waiting on a bag from B&H will still probably get it tomorrow because the UPS site is notoriously bad about "billing information received" status. I know there was more but I really can't go back through 150+ posts since 5:30p EST and pick them again.

Kosher steakhouses are good but way too expensive and have a limited selection of booze which is really a shame. I was "forced" to drink maker's mark tonight rather than whatever it was that I asked for after dinner. :rolleyes:

I actually found a potential new client there on Monday. I need to make a phone call to follow up on the email, but I may have actually finally landed my first real new client since I started working on my own a year ago. It might make up for having to cancel my trip to LIM because of other work.

Any thoughts on those and I will make a reservation ASAP. One thing about Empire Cafe is that the area is very busy, but Sunday morning should be quiet, so that's a plus.

I wish the hotel biz was better represented on there. It also stinks that LinkedIn doesn't host its own groups -- I'm too lazy to follow the LI groups that have been forced to migrate to Yahoo Groups.

What about Cadillac Bar? It's about 20 mins from the airport? A great brunch and Margaritas as per CM's request. They do have a private party room that we may be able to get. Just a thought.

The last thing my mother said to me when dropping me off at college was to not call her when I got arrested because she wasn't going to bail me out. I understand the importance of having someone lined up to bail you out. I only resist with this group because I legitimately consider all of us a flight risk. :eek:
