I'm not sure I fully buy-in to Weather.com's prognostication for BRU. I recall the forecast saying similar things when I lived in EDI, or when I frequently visited AMS during the winter. Usually, a forecast calling for rain meant brief, intermittent squalls blowing in off the North Sea, and not a constant deluge. The weather could go from pouring to sleety to hail to bright sunshine in a matter of minutes. Hope I didn't jinx it.

That's hilarious. I found that Tylenol P.M. works for me. (Though it does dehydrate me a bit)

You can also get just the sleep aid in Tylenol PM. Tylenol sells it as "Simply Sleep."

I find that it won't knock me out immediately, but does make it easier to fall asleep. And once I'm asleep, I'm out. The one bad thing is taking it when I don't have a good eight hours to sleep, and then having to wake up the next morning before it's completely exited my system. I'm then groggy for hours, despite the hard sleep I had.

The Box FM is off to a slower start then I would have guessed.

I'll finally be able to contribute with trips to CDG/BRU, LAS, MSP and IAH in the next few weeks.

I still need to add last Friday's flight. I'm working from home this week, but after that have a few weeks I'll have flights to add.

Since Saturday afternoon, life has just sucked. Is there some flashing neon sign announcing that this is "Dump Your Crap All Over ssullivan Week" that I'm missing?

I took some NyQuil PM pills the other night, thinking I was getting sick, and I woke up dry-mouthed and felt like I had a hangover. :td:

I may try Tylenol PM + Melatonin for the CDG flight just ensure I am able to stay asleep.

Wow. Two+ new pages of Box in the time it took me to go pick up my prints and drive to the fiancee's house. sbm12, thanks for the tip. ^

Paying off my car has led my insurance to drop by ~40%. No small feat in the People's Democratic Republic of Jersey.

The Box FM will more than likely have PHL-IAH and EWR-BRU as the top routes for the year. I know I'll be donating PHL-IAH, and BWI-IAH-SEA-EWR-BWI and probably two FLL trips at a minimum. Makes The Extra Mile look tempting no matter what...at least I have until the 31st to decide.

The 6:40p departure is going to require all sorts of sleep aids if you want to get a decent amount of sleep. The arrival time in to CDG is about the time I normally go to bed.

I think there were about six new pages to read during the time it took me to go to the UPS Store to ship a package (and deal with a clueless employee who couldn't figure out how to ship a box to Canada ), get the dry cleaning, run home and drop the dry cleaning off, then go to ATL and back to pick up my partner from his flight home from Detroit.

Thanks for the reminder! I remembered it yesterday and completely forgot to make myself a note to register. Registering now...

Paying off your car reduces your insurance premiums?

News to me...

I'd shut it down. The wavering voltage isn't a good thing for the circuits; they like a nice, steady flow.

Oh good, that's what I did.

I almost went for the LHR-IAH-SFO-EWR line for March but I figured if I was to spend that much time flying, I'd want to be some place better than Newark.

I just hand the crew my log book  The tail number field almost always gets filled out :p :p :p
