Find yourself a 50mg tab of armondafinil. That kills any problems with jet lag on arrival quite nicely. Or get the 150mg dose and be bouncing off the walls. That's the stuff I was on in my jetlag study last week.

I heard some great stories when in France from some of the other folks on the sleep study thing. Ambien has way different effects on different people. It works just fine for me. I generally do a half tab on the NYC-W. Europe flights to make sure I'm not hazy on arrival. I like it a lot.
