Just noticed that COFlyerCLE and I have LFM balances that are within only a few K of each other. 631,533 here, until I can rack up some more for the BRU DO.

Sadly, my LFM is stalled for the moment - as I've been on the bench for far too long.

That should change soon... as I asked them to put me in the next round of layoffs. I have a plan... ;)

No Tail Numbers for rolov's EWR-FLL-EWR flights with B6.

ETA: Tip for taking down a tail number without looking like a total 'tard in front of strangers. Stand by terminal window, and input Tail Number into Contacts on mobile phone. It looks like you are merely sending a text.

The Box FM is off to a slower start then I would have guessed.

I'll finally be able to contribute with trips to CDG/BRU, LAS, MSP and IAH in the next few weeks.

I have flights planned for every weekend between now and March 16, but I suspect the Box FM will become very busy after this weekend.

Is there a quick conversion chart somewhere for ship # to tail #?

Yep, finally flying this weekend; though I have to say it was a nice two weeks off. I actually have appts. in IAH the next couple of weeks so I am staying close to home; then start travelling heavily after that.

Generally you can search within the Fleet Pages on Airfleets.net with the ship number and pull up the associated tail number. Just pull up the page displaying the fleet-type (like 737NG) by airline and have a look.

Taking numbers from the actual tail often is quite difficult. On four out of my last four flights this weekend, for example, the way each aircraft was positioned at the gate at the airports in question made viewing the tail number from the gate area impossible. If I cannot get the tail number, I just go with ship number and research it from there, as the ship number is posted on the nosegear and cockpit doors. Honestly, I feel like too big a freak asking the crew for the registration number or getting it from the certificate near the door if it is obvious what I am doing.

Likewise (unless I'm a bit tipsy and the FA is an obvious aerogeekette ;)).

I barely made it onto the flight, I had to beg the dragon at security to let us thru the elite line .

The return flight , the view of the plane was blocked by the thousands of people boardinr WN flights.

I can think of a few DotComs that had shakier business plans.
