Hey everyone,
I hate that I've been MIA from FT. I still haven't replaced my computer, and I'm a tad too impatient to use the iPhone for a forum. Anyway, to give a quick update, my roommate and I found someone to take over our lease. We got an apartment in Humble right across 1960 from IAH, which makes for great spotting. I won't be enjoying that for long though, as I am moving in with my girlfriend of one year in the next few weeks. For May and June, I took a desk job working in the Inflight department @ IAH. I found out rather quickly I belong in the air, or at least in a different corporate environment. It was a good learning experience, but I am ever so excited to fly again in July. Anyway, hope everyone is well, and to the regulars, I hope to see you guys soon on a plane or in the P-Club. Cheers. LS

WWTBD - I like to support the establishments in my local community. The Shoney's and O'Charley's down the hill from me (both of which flooded) are now re-opened. Do I make a token stop at one / both?

We were :rolleyes:ing about when they moved DST a couple years ago and how just about every conference call for the two or three week period between the US and Germany turned into a giant disaster and ended with angry emails from Germans complaining that Americans needed to learn how to be punctual and reliable. |
