Alternatively, we can rent one from one of those places on the canal (e.g., I've been to the one near the Princeton Junction station) if we end up getting together for this someday.

G'night (or g'morning by the time you see this)!

Canoe Do? (I may be in)

I believe that this plane is currently housed in FL and flies out of an airport in that area of the country. :)...

It is now at Opa-Locka in Northern Dade County and it appears that it is currently available for walk-throughs by appointment. I will surely get down there in July sometime if I can get an appointment.

I smell a South Florida DO!

Sound good to me. Let's find out if it will be flying out of Opa-Locka and then we can talk about scheduling. Lots of cheap higher-end hotels down there in the summer.

Evening Box. Long day. Woke up at 4:30 AM when the partner's alarm went off. Saw him off at 5:15. Left for my flight at 6:30. Flew to Houston, met coworker, drove up to Huntsville, worked the afternoon at the client, did a conference call, then dinner, then collapsed in my hotel room around 7:15 PM and slept until 10:00. Now I'm sort-of up for a bit but in a total fog.

Get some sleep somehow. I'm fighting a sore throat and general blechiness. Bl jr has been sick and I believe my lack of sleep made me ripe for picking it up. I'm heading for bed soon.

I don't need photog72 jr getting sick before our flight on Thursday. That would be the .

Did they actually make it to you?

The problem was my buddy was working TSA and not as GA/baggage handler. Sadly, he's not working Wed when we fly out so my other bags may go awol too. I believe I've only had my Great Lakes bags show up once at IAH. It's like the CO-BR transfer; never happens.

I haven't flown Great Lakes since 2001, but even back then the interline didn't work like it should. I never had any problems with a CO or UA to Great Lakes transfer, but when it was Great Lakes' responsibility to get the bag to my other airline, it never happened on time.
