Went to Costco this morning and failed in my attempt to procure Hyatt gift checks :(

Time to shower and make myself lunch. I'm not feeling the work thing today, but at least it'll be on the steadier side and not crazy.

I had a very successful trip on Saturday. Store had just reordered, according to the merchandise pickup clerk. I think I now have enough to get through scheduled stays between now and mid-September.

Ms. GadFly is watching "Khloe & Kourtney take Miami" on the DVR. In 5 minutes, I've gotten to watch one of them pee, get a bikini wax, and talk about a$$ bleaching.

These also might possibly be two of the stupidest people on the face of the planet. They make Paris Hilton look like an optical physicist.

a$$ bleaching?

Come to think of it....that site could be a pretty good "poop-reference of the day" resource

Sorry....I don't visit those high-fallutin' websites like http://www.crappersquarterly.com/

It's the GQ of poo-pased websites.

I'd suggest you don't click on them at all....at least not around mealtime.

I leave Teh Box for a half hour and it all goes to $hit. Figures.

Where can you drive on the sand in TX?

Forgot to mention something that happened Friday to toddler photog72 and myself. Went to the library, and next door is The Black Labrador - a small restaurant w/ outdoor seating. One patron brought his white peacock. Yes, a peacock was hanging outside w/ the al fresco diners. My daughter got a kick out of it, until the peacock became defensive. I was told the peacock would not bite. "But my daughter did pet a peacock," doesn't sound quite right. :D

South Padre Island, south of the national seashore. Driving is also allowed on Mustang Island near Corpus Christi.
