! GREAT SUCCESS

Just changed around some of my honeymoon flights. Ditched the TK segments (which were 8 hours on inter-EU birds :rolleyes:) in favor of LX F CDG - ZRH - DXB. We get into DXB at a humane hour now so off to book at the Grand Hyatt using my FFN.

We're now doing LH F from BOS - MUC on the outbound so we should get F treatment in MUC. The only real sacrifice is the whole itinerary starts with US F on a shuttle flight between LGA - BOS.

:D:D:cool::D

Great news, belynch! ^^

Good luck with this. Moving is disruptive and stressful enough without the feeling or fact of being baited and switched, or just predatorily screwed, on top of it.

The only upside is that I have my stuff save 1 picture, which even if I get back monetarily will not get replaced until another trip to London is made.

You should shoot for 2 x Evangelist by Box Day.

Which Hyatt in DXB? I would suggest against Festival City.

Those are worthwhile changes; you'll be glad you made them.

Be sure to schedule a long layover in BOS so that you don't get screwed if US goes :rolleyes:. If LH opens up F space the day before departure out of EWR or JFK, you could always change to that. :-:

Yup. She wanted to put me on a CoCo flight with a 90 min. connection and I said "no es bueno." We're on the 4p shuttle which gets in at 520. Flight leaves BOS at 820, so three hours is enough of a cushion. If it looks like thunderstorms are building or something might go :rolleyes: there's loads of options.

The other winner winner to the change is the LX F segment is on the a333. :cool:

Make sure to read the link in adelauro's post #198058. That looks germane to me.

Part (a)(6) is particularly relevant.

More good information. This assumes a binding qoute which while mine seems like one I don't believe truely is.

I think my better half is getting tired of hearing about LH and LX F.

I'm thinking the Grand Hyatt unless someone has a better idea.

I have put a ban on LH F travel until they bring back the Rimowa kits.
