Try shuffling. Fill an array with numbers 1..10. Then loop i over 1 to 10, each time getting a random integer between 1 and 10 = r. Interchange arr(i) and arr(r). (Duplications of the random integers won't translate to duplications of the numbers in the array elements.) Paint shuffled arr onto the worksheet.
