We have a friend who is fond of saying that she has two titles: Dr. and Mrs, and since the latter was far harder to get and to keep than the former, that's the one she prefers be used.

I had 70 rooms of people who had their wedding at the DE Center for Performing Arts this past weekend. How's this for rude...someone left their lights on in the parking lot. That is verbatim as told to me by the venue's event planner.

In my wife's case, she kept her maiden name. I have no problems w/ it. As an MD, it's a ton of paper work to change names for professional purposes. She doesn't take it as an offense if someone calls her Mrs. photog72.:)

My wife kept her maiden name as well. The paperwork for new credit cards and a new drivers license is :rolleyes:
