IME, no. UA's policy is that they are for international departures from the USA, regardless of what credentials you use to get in.

No complaints about playing the other course. But how do you go there as a visitor and not play the tournament course? That course is a bucket list item for many golfers.

The fiancee has not decided on a wedding day shoe, but per request she has limited her search to 3.5" heels. :D

I spent my toddlerhood living in SAT while my dad was stationed at Lackland but haven't been back since. It would be fun to go sometime (in addition to the Alamo and Riverwalk, I can see if the apartment complex we lived in is still there).

Good to know. I have seen many inconsistancies with UA. More than I have ever seen with CO.
