Later, Box. Scheduled 1430-0200. Should be a riot tonight.

This day flew by. I am packing up because I was able to find someone to come in 30 minutes early for me. That should give me time to shower and head out to LGA and beat the holiday traffic.

I would be up for one of those, but I don't think I'd want to do a three-day stay (I assumed you meant three day minimum stay, not advance purchase).

Yeah. The 3-day minimum stay and Thu-Sun limitation kind of kill it for me. I would only be able to swing it on three-day weekend where Friday is a holiday. The upside would be the ability to see a taping of Sabado Gigante. I wouldn't want to spend the entire trip in Monterrey, though. Would need to see what sort of resort towns, if any, are in the surrounding mountains.

Our office is closing at 2:30 today. That will give me time to pack up for trip to PSP this weekend. We are starting the drive tonight and staying part way out. Picking up a cheap SPG night out of it. ^

I'm betting it happens while I'm MRing next weekend to SYD and back. The good news is that I won't have to worry about it since I know I won't be around.

I am now staying at the Wetsin, Sheraton Suites Synphony Hall and the Sheraton LJ. I considered the US Grant for $160 on the last night, but we need to leave early to drive up to SNA and the Sheraton LJ was $89 :-:

I forgot that you mentioned that place. I just emailed myself the name and will google it when I get there.

I wouldn't pass up the US Grant for that price. It's also just up the street from Croce's. :-: Also, if you're going to Croce's on the weekend, get a reservation early in the day. They open for breakfast on Saturdays so they can take them early.

When are you going to be in PDX?

From 7/18 to 7/25, so I can attend both OSCON and the Oregon Brewers Festival :D

Looks like the gods of travel are looking my way again. June trip to SFO is ticketed, and so is a July visit to PDX. Since both involve a 2-hour layover at IAH after the red-eye from GIG, does anyone know how crowded are the PCs at IAH if I want to take a shower there before my domestic flights? I'm talking about Saturday and Sunday morning, around 7AM.

Should not be too bad at all. With a 2 hour layover you should be able to get in there and relax a bit.

I've told you Grey Goose and real sweet tea is tasty.

Just sent a message to my Realtor saying I want to put my home on the market.

I had never sampled sweet tea until moving to TN in 2006 - definitely not something one would want to try in Maryland ...
