You're in wee Ireland. Did the courtship involve bagpipes or just lots of beer?

8:53 and the AC just cycled off. It has been running non-stop since before I got home, i.e. the thermostat turned it on (probably at 4:30).

Do squats. I had a personal trainer years ago and I was having problems with my knees. He told me I had to build up the area around it and squats was the best way. I haven't had knee troubles since.

Great place to live if you don't want to feel guilty when the recycle container is a tad higher than it should be:D

Interesting thought. ^ I was once told that part of my problem was a muscle imbalance. The muscle running past my knee on the outside was inordinately strong, and the interior muscle was inordinately weak.

sfobag, here's a Google Map from the ice rink that was aforementioned to our wedding church.

The interior muscles are usually week (knee and thigh). He was a smart guy getting a phd is physiology or something. I bought him a gym membership in trade for him training me. Best money I ever spent though he kicked my @$$ some days. I haven't forgotten his squats advice, and I really do think it has prevented me from having knee problems.

What method of squats did he have you do that you think was so productive? I once had a trainer that had me put a ball between my back and the wall to keep my back straight.

My paltry $566 in vouchers for the year will end up subsidizing the majority of our honeymoon air.

You get to a point where you wear your hair how the weather is or find products to work it. In desperation, I've used lotion on my hair when it's frizzed too bad. I have naturally curly hair that is curly just enough to be annoyingly frizzy, but hey, I have hair!

From my posts in teh Box, I think you know my feelings about grilled asparagus and pork chops. The rice is  but the rest of the meal fine.
