Primarily for me is finding a city with a large pool of above-average hotel properties, and for teh Connection it would be a suitable territory in her vertical. I want a majority of hot weather and good golf too. The lack of humidity in a desert climate is preferable for me, and she likes the preponderance of good hair days. I can sell it that way if I have to.
