I certainly wasn't planning on charging people 1/8 of the rack rate at the W! I mean, if I'm getting this for free, any profit I make is gravy. I just thought it would be fun to go for a reach property if the option existed. I know the W rooms are tiny, but it can't be nearly as bad as at the Lexington Ave. NYC property...my sisters and I have done that with a rollaway and it was EXTREMELY cozy, and by that I mean dangerous (there was much tripping over stuff) :p

...on second thought, I guess that's not so surprising since, at least for most undergraduates, the social scene is overwhelmingly campus/dorm-based as opposed to bar-based. I would have been way too scared to get a fake ID in any case, but conveniently, I didn't miss out on a whole lot by not having one for those first 2.5 years.
