I've used the lotion-as-defrizzer when traveling...works fairly well!

I wouldn't complain - right now, my $800 in vouchers will barely cover two BNA-WAS trips.

Do squats. I had a personal trainer years ago and I was having problems with my knees. He told me I had to build up the area around it and squats was the best way. I haven't had knee troubles since.

I resently read the same thing but I still haven't gotten around to it since I hate squats.

From my posts in teh Box, I think you know my feelings about grilled asparagus and pork chops. The rice is  but the rest of the meal fine.

I will eat the rice and you can have my asparagus and pork chops.;) Never developed a taste for those two items.

I'm not complaining at all. I'd rather be debt-free than I would be *G, and I'm well on my way. We will do our honeymoon in F either nonstop from EWR or from PHL via IAH with mileage upgrades for likely the price of less than one coach booking.

I read that last night. In approximately the last two weeks, tjtenor4 has decided to become an avid fan of F1 along with a couple of his other friends. It figures - cars + Euro-centric = sounds right up their alley.

I'm trying to catch up fast. Must confess I've never felt drawn to any sports in the "car racing" family (yes I know that's sacrilege), but I guess I felt similarly about both tennis and golf at one point; I've fully gotten into the former, and much better on the latter.

It truly is a lot of fun. I've been to a few F1 races and I've had a blast! I am *SO* excited that F1 is coming to AUS and that we can crash at Mackieman's place ;)

On my bucket list is to go to every F1 race in the world. I have a ways to go. Can't wait for the ausF1box do.

I do it when I brush my teeth. My teeth get cleaner and I manage to get 150-250 squats in a day.

Had that at F. Scotts once and still can't appreciate Nutella.

Nutella is ok. I enjoy having an inexpensive desert now and then. Including Biscoffs at some point!!

Long before I found FT I was offered $2500 to bump 5 of us to a flight 8 hours later from HI (they called my condo to offer it). When I hesitated they offered at least some of us upgrades on one of the legs. Honestly I couldn't think of what to do with my luggage since we had to check out so I said no but 30 seconds after hanging up I realized "rental car you idiot it has a trunk". Called back immediately and it was to late.

After my attitude was to say yes immediately (and process the details later) so a year later when it was to hot in Denver to take off on a full plane with everyone already seated I was with the kids in the first row of coach (with carry-on only) we were denied because we didn't weigh enough even though our hands were up first. I have mixed feelings about that problem;)

What method of squats did he have you do that you think was so productive? I once had a trainer that had me put a ball between my back and the wall to keep my back straight.

Start with a chair underneath you. Pretend you're sitting in the chair - just when you are about to sit down, go up. Do squats against the wall - this will help you get your alignment correct. I've found a combination of plies and squats works well.

I know!!! But it's a good use of time. On the rare occasions I blow dry my hair, I do squats as well. I am an a+ multitasker ;)
