Happy birthday, jrzyshawn!
Looks like the gods of travel are looking my way again. June trip to SFO is ticketed, and so is a July visit to PDX. Since both involve a 2-hour layover at IAH after the red-eye from GIG, does anyone know how crowded are the PCs at IAH if I want to take a shower there before my domestic flights? I'm talking about Saturday and Sunday morning, around 7AM. |

I'm going to FLL for a week in July! Generally speaking, IMO, the best season is off season. :-:

Anyone have any opinions and/or recommendations regarding Asheville NC? I decided not to go home between weeks in CLT, and now I'm looking at the prospect of a long weekend with no plans.
They are having what looks like a mildly interesting festival in Asheville this weekend, especially some interesting music: blues, bluegrass, a little country and some jazz too. |

Biz trips I can understand. Personal trips... not so much. Happy birthday! Enjoy your flight in F!
If you like humidity, all the best to you.:p I'd rather spend all of summer up north. |

I changed my reservation from Sheraton San Diego Mission Valley to the sheraton La Jolla after reading a few disturbing reviews on Trip Advisor.

Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, despite being very slow for the first two chapters, is very good.

If you're up for something long, I HIGHLY recommend Shantaram.

The Southern Alps of New Zealand have the ideal July climate, IMHO.
