Afternoon Box.

Time to pack for tomorrows flight. The 777 ship changed once already, but from an old BF cabin to another one. Here is hoping for another ship change to one with the new seats :D Shanghai here I come!

LiveATC.net doesn't have the archive from ZTL available online for that timeframe. :(

Have a great time.

Moy importante

sfobs, I need to put up the  signal early.

Looks like I'll be through SF:rolleyes: end of June, arriving on a Monday following my best man's bachelor party. My meetings that week are rather intense involving several layers of our global management team and some external EU-based consultants ("the fritz's").

If I can please ask a favor of having someone meet me at the gate with:
  • a silo of coffee
  • three gallons of aqua
  • glitter remover
  • a triple triple animal style
  • a body double (just in case)

I'd be sincerely appreciative.

Yours in .

FlightAware shows it on the ground at GSO.

I imagine airlines could create a nice revenue stream selling things like that at the gate ex-LAS.

Is it normal for a CO flight from AUS to EWR to cost $444 one-way?

Yes. CO doesn't compete on one-way fares on that route sou you end up having to buy a ridiculously high fare class.

Thanks for reminding me. I think I'll take a crazy run to an out-of-the-way destination between the end of Finals and picking up the BarBri books.

Fixed that for you. :)

Yeah, I was reluctantly leaning that way, too, just wanted to see if anyone would talk me out of it. Actually, this is the perfect time to choose WN: short flight, airport isn't that much further away, much cheaper, other options are ERJs.

Also, at least you're staying in Bethesda - on the "correct side" of DC for getting to BWI.

My car is maintenance-free ;)

My warranty just expired last month. I definitely got my money's worth out of the thing last year with some transmission/shifting belt issues. Car seems to be working just fine these days, but...from now on, fingers doubly crossed.

Also, I just got an email with a "thank you gift for your SPG Gold status" - either a $25 gift cert (looks like you can only use it on things charged to the room, not the room rate itself - not a problem, I'll use it at the bar or something :)) or a one-year subscription to a variety of magazines (no thanks).

Curious what the Plats got... :)

I got the same thing too. Had I not been making this run at Hilton Diamond I'd be Plat at SPG through 2011 by now.

In other news, I'm still waiting on my Amazon cert. :-:

Same here. Are they mailing them or e-mailing an electronic certificate code?

I'm marking my calendar. Send me the date/flight number and I'll be there with the  sign and requested items. I will also have a wheelchair standing by.
