The MTR (TST)stop for sheraton is literally across the street from the hotel, but if arriving on HKIA train, you can't connect to a MTR in Kowloon station, you could go past Kowloon to HK Central and take the MTR back across the harbour to TST.

If it really is just a crash-pad there are plenty of places way cheaper (and still clean/nice) that are available. No, you won't get the few points but there is an opportunity cost there. How much are those points really worth? |

Sorry, I should have been more clear in my post. For my late arrival in HKG, I just need a room for 9 hours, then I am off to Dongguan by train, alone

I said TST earlier, but meant to say Kowloon. You can take Airport Express to the Kowloon station and get the free shuttle to the Sheraton (or $15hkd taxi).
Please be informed you may take our Hotel Shuttle bus at Hong Kong Station in Central at HK$29 per person per trip. It is running every hour and first come first serve basis. |

I am just want to know what I am getting and I am ok with the Starwood brands. I feel like I get an extra value out of being a plat guest with free drinks, breakfast, HSIA, and upgrades. So even if I stay at local hotel for $100 a night, the breakfast, HSIA and drinks would equal out to what I am paying to stay at the :-:wood property

I emailed the LM yesterday and the shuttle stops running at 11:30 PM, just an hour after I arrive in HKG :(
I guess I would be paying about $75 for a taxi from HKG to the hotel if I selected the LM. I have both the LM and Sheraton oh hold for now. Are you checking or carrying on? If carrying on, possible to make the shuttle. Do you have a HK Frequent Traveler card? |

You will have more transit time to/from Cyberport, but it's not *THAT* much more than the Sheraton. The shuttle the Le Meridien does goes to/from the train station.

Does the Cyberport location have good views of Hong Kong?

I'll figure out the closest airport express station to Le Meridien; it wouldn't be a $75 taxi. At that point, you'd maybe have a $5 USD taxi.

Taxi stands are located at exit of the station. Travel time between Central and Le Meridien Cyberport is about 15 - 20 minutes and costs around HK$60 to HK$80 per single trip. Sorry, $10-$12 for a taxi. Did they tell you the last shuttle was at 11:30 from the airport (they have an hourly shuttle to/from the airport, guessing around $15-20 USD) but they also have a shuttle to/from Central. |

The free drinks at the bar sounds like a great offer. You want to meet me at the LM on the 28th? :D:D
