I plan on teleconferencing in today. I did so much resting yesterday it took quite awhile to fall asleep. Fri is a work holiday so I'll have a pretty easy week - although I really screwed up my trip:mad:

Are your options are in different locations? Perhaps that might help you decide.

One is in BNA and one in ORD!! Difference is 20K or more a year. One comes with no flying, the other with tons of flying but no miles! Can one get 20K in flight benefits in a year? :)

So I would need to take 67 flights over a year to make up for the salary difference if each ticket costs $300. Ummm.... something tells me not possible!!

Sure sounds like a rock and a hard place :td:

You know it!:eek::(

Just got off the phone with onlyairfare, whom I'm visiting in FLG -- to give her the heads up. She's suggesting that I try to convince son to go w/me! I already offered that option to him & he turned it down -- but I am going to try again! She also said that I should pay attention to my 'trip karma' & see how I feel about that! I told her that I don't feel that the trip isn't 'meant to be' -- but just so unsettled about leaving my son while he's sick!:confused::(

I think I'd go with the sure 20K in salary. Although the cost of living probably would be cheaper in BNA and the cost for air travel would probably be cheaper from ORD. :confused:

I agree w/msv -- esp. since the FA work is not necessarily a consistent thing!:eek:

I think if you flew out with your son and he was sick you'd soon be sharing it with him and onlyairfare. :(

DC area for a dose of cherry blossoms - no air involved.

Good morning, Box. It's a beautiful morning in South Florida.

News of the day -- AA expanding in NYC, to include an alliance with jetBlue.

In that case good luck with the stubborn son! I forced my 16 y.o. daughter to go to OGG once and she said F.U. mom all the way through EWR and locked herself in the bedroom for most of the trip (except for snorkeling, horseback riding and whale watching). I'm so mean:rolleyes:
