Client has just approved the revised roll out schedule. Time to start planning my travel for the next 11 months.

I think my strategy in choosing which branches to go to will be the following:(Within business requirements of course. I'm sure I'll need to be at the larger branches in NYC and such.)

Since I will can haz plat requal by the end of April, and I'll be about $1500 from Pres Plat, for the remainder of this year I think I'll try to pick sites that will get me some new lines on my FM, and get me the extra 25K miles I'll need for the SWUs.

Next year when the counter gets set back to zero, I'll try to go for any remaining sites that require long haul flights in order to maximze mileage accrual for 2011.

ETA: LOL, I accidentally put a colon and an open parenthesis together and got the frowny face.

Sitting on the phone with UA makes me really dislike "Rhapsody in Blue".

Are you still in a position to be able to post my self-congratulatory message? A PM to teh Insider might be in order - find out if you really will be the first PPlat.

I'd rather see strips of bacon hanging from a mirror than a disembodied mannequin head poking up from the steering wheel.

From the thread, I can divine I was abut 10,000 HHonors points below the threshold.

That's a good question. I will inquire with Scott, although I would imagine that there's got to be people who have already qualified for it by now, and since my spend level is now going to go off a cliff I may not make it until June or July.

I'm kicking myself for not applying. I would have easily qualified!

I'm beginning to think that the apartment people are recouping low rents through high-priced water bills, and that a letter to the management requesting that a water leak investigation be commenced would be worth a few minutes of my time.

Apartment management called and informed me that the water bill was over-billed, because it accounted for 47 days worth of usage, when only 30 or so days worth should have actually been billed. Apparent discrepency is now fixed.

(I know that everyone was anxiously awaiting to hear the resolution of the above quote, hence my follow-up post. :D)

Has anyone seen this?

I looked in the UA forum and did not see anything about it.

ETA: It happened Saturday, I wonder if the PTY crew is to blame.

I looked in the UA forum and did not see anything about it.

Saw it before I went to lunch - assumed there would be a discussion in UA-world or Newsstand.

Speaking of UA, finally off the phone call.

I still have to pause and think for a second when I see SJO, SJC or SJU.

The UA pilot thread won't touch it if a poster brings it up.
