I like this..

LGA-IAH CO633

I hope I can cash in since I was not upgraded. :-:

They were looking for volunteers on the IAH-LGA last night. Sadly it was only $250 and they couldn't get you out until this morning.

$250 for an overnight!??! Whiskey tango foxtrot.

I decided to pass and keep my F seat.

CO 777 in BF, what is the best seat, old config more likely, unfortunately! Will be my first time in 777 CO BF flying... I tried to get a 744 but can't justify it, maybe some irrops will do that for me, but doubt it.

Did you check the alternatives to see if there's bump-run potential?

No bump run from what I can tell.

$250 for an overnight

I would consider it for $350-400 range.

I prefer a seat in the main cabin but closer to the back in row 4. I also enjoyed 5A because there is no one behind you.

My concern with row 5 was recline, it is not restricted at all being the last row? I like the last row on any that is not crammed against a wall.

I didn't find the recline in row 5 to be restricted at all.

There is no restriction on the recline in the last row. I've done a flight there and was able to recline fully.

So my drunk a$$ was in the gate area for my NRT-SEA flight. There I saw this COS walking towards me and they looked like a total train wreck from the front.

The person passed me to board the NRT-LAX flight. I turned to notice that going down the back of this person's light gray sweatpants, was this long wide brown stain.

For the sake of sanity, I took no pictures. I instead praised various gods that this person was not on my flight.

Just for my personal edification: this discussion is moot if the 777 in question has the new seats, right? All of them recline the same?
