Considering that I have spent so many hours of my professional life with a video camera trained on me, going through old footage (as I had to do a bit this week, mostly 2007-2008 vintage) is always a real blast from the past. Everything from "wow, I really did eventually work out those issues in my 2-pattern" to "those bangs were a REALLY bad idea..." :p

It was really hard to even watch this stuff without cringing in horror at first, but you get used to it.
