I guess humidity doesn't matter when business is thriving and people are moving in in droves.

I've seen estimates that suggest Houston will overtake Chicago as the third largest city within the next two years (that's 600,000 people).

I don't doubt it. Every time I head down 288 to see my parents I am continually amazed at how far south it keeps moving. Not to mention the expansion out past Katy on I-10.

It's only a matter of time until Katy and Brookshire are next to each other.

Once the Grand Parkway is built-up more, the expanse of Houston will be unbelievable (170+ mile in circumference).
