Actually, I've been tempted to pick up one of those outdoor things that makes noise whenever dogs bark to get them to be quiet... dunno if they actually work or not, but...

I could probably write the paper and still squeeze in a normal sleep pattern. Did I mention that the prof wants five pages, but the first and the last are a title page and a works cited page? I feel like I time-warped back to middle school.

They're usually pretty good. I regularly use them as a go-between with hotels in countries that are expensive to call directly.
