Some of the dishes looked abjectly disgusting. Even targeting the overnight drunk and/or stoner and/or college student crowd, I would be ashamed of serving some of those items. And I'm a proponent of "yummy animals".

Hmmm - as a diamond I'm wondering about regency club, suite upgrades, etc. now. I'll be checking in very early and I'm good about letting the front desk know about rooms that would be unacceptable. Some of my "Hyatt hopping" locations even know which rooms to put me in.

Being upgraded there isn't an issue. The problem is that its under the landing pattern of ORD and they didn't sound-proof the rooms.

My epic fail was much worse then justthat, but I'm on a blackberry and have had 3 Chimays in 30 min. So I'm in no shape to out. It was just a complete failure that ended with a wet bed (caused by the hotel) and me refusing to sleep in it.

At least its in the cards ;)

Just arranged for Amex PLT Concierge to get me presale tix for Peter Gabriel on May 8 at the Hollywood Bowl. ^ Presale starts when we are in HNL and I wanted to be sure to get tix in favorite sections.

This will be my 5th PG show. Interestingly, we saw the last show of Genesis at the Hollywood Bowl where Phil Collins told crowd they likely would never tour again.

Thanks. It seems like every time I go to Florida in the winter I get stuck there. If I don't get out Friday I may be spending the weekend in Florida, to which my wife will say :rolleyes:ˆ:rolleyes:. I am not confident in US's ability to rebook me in a timely fashion.
