Good morning, Box.

Spent yesterday unpacking kitchen cabinets in our storage unit. Managed to open and inspect about 20 out of 73 cartons. Groan. Going back there soon to do the rest.

G'day box.

This afternoon's project: finding somewhere warm to go during the last week in March (the one that straddles April) that's reasonably priced. Open to ideas.

That's the week we are looking at too. air fares are

Went to the transfer station (dump) today. We had 5K pounds of construction debris from the bathroom, that's in addition to the 6K we dumped a few months ago from the kitchen.

Wow! that's a lot of debris!

It wasn't a bad night from that perspective; it was just a rush later than normal after having had a few hours of downtime. Rhythm was all kerfuffled.

For all the Coupon Connection elite in teh Box: what's a fair trade for 2 PClub access certs for HHonors points?

Ideally, $90 worth of points (duh). What's the FTer market rate for HH points nowadays, 1c per?

Just think on the good side, you know you won't have to do that any more and you can use lessons learned to help get that extra diamond.

True true. Onward and upward.

Morning, Box.

Let's be honest, could you see the Box doing This (photo) for Haitian relief or This (video):eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: for the children in Africa?

I have to say, the guy in the video is taking it a lot better than Richard Christie did on the Howard Stern Show. I can still hear his screams.

Yup. I think I found some okay flights to a dirt-strip in Mexico that I can use a couple of my vouchers on. CO can thank my hefty tax refund windfall for thinking those prices are semi-reasonable for yet another ERJ fiesta.

Yeah -- I was more questioning what FT'ers value the chits to be in comparison to HHonors. I know what "street value" is. I should stand in front of PClubs hussling dime-bags worth of chits. :D

Food For Thought

What does everyone think about BA's potential expansion from LCY? I am composing a blog post about it, pretty much thinking that there is great potential to BOS, LGA, and DCA.

Does LGA and DCA even have CBP? LCY has the advantage of not being LHR or LGW. With DLR going there it has the potential being more convenient to people trying to get to the financial part of London as well as being much closer to the Olympic venues in 2012 which are primarily in east London.

Two out of three. I can't see DCA working out. Not that it isn't a good idea, but it's too much gubmint .
