Thats basically how it went with the exception of the F cabin request. Dont think she has ever flow F and would love to put her up there but not on a mid-con, waste of miles.
The problem is she wants to fly from Houston - Hobby Airport - because that is more convenient for her. There are no non-stops to EWR from HOU. :p ETA: She will let us know a week before she wants to come and there wont be any "reasonable" mileage tickets available and there will be a stupid fee for booking a close in reward. |

I use some of Peter Northouse's books to help individuals understand facets of leadership (and that leadership is context dependent). I'm wary of books that suggest there's "one way" or don't have individuals consider their own development. I might request a copy of Maxwell in order to see his approach.
