Mrs. Mackie and I just finished steak sammiches made from two really nice fillets that I saw at the store yesterday. I am also making King Ranch Chicken for later tonight and lunch tomorrow in a moment.
Dinner for Thursday with Monitor, Franny, Flyer_70 and her mister has also been procured, mostly. We'll be dining on pork tenderloin, with Mackie's Nearly Famous Smashed Taters™, grilled asparagus, green beans, and a nice salad. There will also be bread of some sort and a dessert that I have not yet acquired the ingredients for, but I'm thinking buttermilk pie at this point. It's going to be :cool:. Plus1 installed slide out drawers under the sink and 2 other shelves. It is so wonderful! I did throw out at least 30 containers of sunscreen that were under there and found 5 bottles of jet dry, 3 bottles of dishwashing soap, 3 containers of hand soap refill and 6 bottles of Clorox anywhere. Amazing.
