The whole thing was very W-esque. No real surprise there. All condo suites in the hotel have a kitchen of some sort; larger ones have a full kitchen including washer and dryer. We had one of the smaller floor plans for the weekend, with just a kitchenette and smaller living room. But for $129/night it was an awesome space. The bed and shower were both amazing. And we had a nice view of the mountains when it was clear (rained much of the weekend we were there), and we could look down and see the fountains at Bellagio. We also really enjoyed the fact that Vdara is a non-gaming, non-smoking property. Walking in it was always quiet and peaceful, and the elevators are right by the doors. None of this dragging luggage through the casino trying to find a hidden elevator to get to your room, or fighting the crowds just to get in and out of the hotel there. And, if you want to gamble, the casinos at Aria and Bellagio are only a 3-5 minute walk away.

CityCenter is a fantastic development. Everything about it was very impressive and first rate.

If I find myself in LAS for another convention, I know where I am staying ^

We'll definitely be returning there. Great hotel. Only downside is not earning any points for the stay, but that's a problem at most hotels in Vegas.
