Problem seeing recent flight activity on continental.com

Just went into My Account to check whether my flights from this week posted. It appears that mileage from flights I took 7/8, 7/18, and 7/20 are in my total, (and I actually saw the details of the 7/8 and 7/18 flights earlier this week), but the site says no new activity since my last statement, dated 7/4. Clearly this is wrong.

Any idea if the site is having known difficulties? Thanks!

CO.com is down. Cannot log into my account, nor fare trips - even if logged out. 8am EDT, 7-26-10

I'm in fine now.

2 New 777's

Continental's July 15th new release

"Continental will take delivery of two new Boeing 777 aircraft outfitted with the flat-bed seats by the end of July."

1) Will news of the delivery of those aircraft be released?
2) When will those aircraft go into service?
3) What will the tail #'s be?
4) What routes will they serve?

Thank You

It already was. CO took delivery of them last week.

CO does not put specific planes on specific routes. They will rotate throughout the route network.

Plenty more discussion about those aircraft in the thread here: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/conti...taneously.html.

Thank you, hopefully I'll get lucky flying to PVG out of EWR on August 8th.

Statement "Save as PDF" still broken

So I'm downloading statements (because CO often fails to ever refund failed mileage upgrades) and my PDF statements on OS X, multiple browsers, are simply a login screen.

Working fine for me in Firefox on W7 and OSX.

$$ Reimbursement

It took 30 days, but I finally got my mileage back, but they still have not given me my money back to the credit card. why does it take so long? anyone have a telephone number to maybe help me? I sent an email or two. got one reply that said the money would be doposited in 5-7 days(2 weeks ago) and then one that said I needed to send my boarding passes! So weird.

CO 309 IAH-PDX-ANC when booking shows a connection in IAH and not PDX once you get to the confirmed page in iternaries.

Continental.com just added my Delta frequent flyer number (from way back when Continental was in SkyTeam) to my reservation, which I bought while signed in and without changing any options.

I changed the details to my CO number using “Edit Traveler”.

Now, after ticketing, the “Upgrade Reservation” link is asking for 15,000 miles, even though I'm CO elite an on a B fare.

…And when I called the elite desk and they looked up my reservation, the “Upgrade” link that let me upgrade properly finally showed up. So no harm done. Weird, though!

So I checked my profile (Home > My Account > Profile > Saved Travelers > Edit Traveler), and sure enough, the “Frequent Flyer Information” was set to “Delta Air Lines SkyMiles - XXXXXXXXXX”. I tried to change it, and got the message

! Continental.com is unable to update your account at this time. To continue your transaction without updating your account, uncheck the "Save to my account" checkbox.

There was no such checkbox, because I was just editing my account; this wasn't part of a transaction.

I deleted my linked Delta account, and now my default is US Airways (which is worse, because it isn't obviously a bug). (I'll delete all non-CO accounts now.)

Old Europe Fares

It might be nice to have the "old", lower Europe fares from 12/2009, but since we don't have them, can https://www.continental.com/web/en-U...to_europe.aspx please be updated???

Upgrade Reservation > "Buy up to First" tab is broken in FF 3.6.8. Works fine in IE8. FF doesn't show the radio buttons/fare differential for the individual segments. "Upgrade Using Miles" tab displays correctly.

The brand new link out to the Aeromar site on their partner earning page has a typo in the URL that it redirects to. There's a space towards the end that breaks the link. :(

When booking flights to BEG the airport listing under flight details is blank. Example:
