Apparently AUH is served by Island Air (http://www.continental.com/web/en-US...es/served.aspx). That's a LONG flight in a SMALL plane.

So are AMS and BAH.

I have a CLE-IAH-SAN itin, upgraded to F using miles on the outbound, but not on the return. When viewing the reservation, the return flight in coach is showing "Meal: F" on the SAN-IAH leg, and "Meal: G" on the IAH-CLE leg.

The meals display is all messed up since the switch to BoB was programmed into the system.

Bug in the miles Maximizer option during OLCI.

During OLCI for CLE-DEN this morning (1213 miles), was offered:

1213 "double" miles for $39 RDM / $98 EQM
2426 "triple" miles for $78 RDM / $195 EQM

CPM is correct, but number of miles offered is not.

Note that I had previously purchased Double RDMs (for approx $79) for this itin during the preview site availability. Not sure if this has anything to do with the miscalculation.

Perhaps I'm being dense but where's the miscalculation?

I also have a thread on this, but maybe someone from CO will see it here:

I redeemed miles for 2 roundtrip BF seats EWR-HNL August 2011.

My receipt says CO14 Monday August, 22, 2011 for the return.

My reservation online in my account says CO14 Sunday August 22, 2010

I called the elite desk and got a very nice representative. She said, "yes you purchased August 22, 2011 for the return, but online and for seat selection it is showing 2010. That is bizarre!"

Unfortunately, they don't know when and if it will be fixed, but I was told it is like that for anyone who is booking that flight (CO14 8/22/11)

The weird thing is that I was able to select my seats during the booking process for that 8/22/11 flight, but when viewing the reservation online my seats werent there, and I couldnt select them (because it said the flight departs within 2 hours)

Correct 2011 seat map can also be viewed on CO.com right now before booking that flight, but it is showing 2010 in my reservation, as well as 2010 on the seat map...I hope this can be fixed as I want our seats to be together in BF.

Perhaps not a bug, but somewhat confusing when they are offering double the R/T miles all along prior to OLCI, then at OLCI offering only double the outbound segment miles. Why not offer the whole enchilada anywhere during the period of travel?

I've had this problem as well with bookings nearly 330 days out. Eventually it rights itself.

The emailed ticket confirmation does not reflect the correct number of miles used for an upgrade to F.

Booked a CLE-IAH-SAN R/T, used 15,000 on the outbound only, confirmation email showed no message regarding a miles upgrade. Just checked, and my OP account shows no deduction of miles for this one.

Booked another CLE-IAH-SAN R/T, used 30,000 for the R/T upgrade, confirmation email showed 15,000 miles being used. 30,000 miles were immediately deducted from my OP account.

Houston I think we have a problem here, lol.

(waitlisted mileage upgrade IAH-SNA, nothing for return leg LAX-IAH. Seems CO.com for some reason is freaking out about it. Now I wouldn't mind doing that if it was for a MR though... :D )

The "Food for Sale" button on the co.com home page takes you to a press release page where the links to the photos aren't active, and if you did cut n' paste the links to a browser, some of the photos are password protected. Not very customer friendly.

Seat to seat calls

...are no longer possible on the new configuration. Ergo, a slight edit is necessary.

It is too bad it doesn't work. Sitting in 4A but needing to talk to a cohort in 10L last week was more than a pain.
