Same here was working earlier this morning here in YYT. Wanted to check a backup flight and had to do it the old fashioned way by entering the PNR

Flight status for UA metal flights on mobile.united.com is extremely slow, and is not showing upgrade lists. Been like this for at least the past 2 days I've been checking. If I put in a CO metal flight #, the info pops right up.

Is it just me or did CO.com start redirecting to https upon login?

Maybe i'm just going crazy.

I get it some times, but not always

My inbox overfloweth

CO has just vomited a whole bunch of identical schedule-change e-mails to Mrs. Fredd and to me. She's up to 13 and I'm up to 10.

Look at them carefully as I thought the same thing only to find out "minor things" like upgrades disappearing were "part of the schedule change" (and with Co's lack of customer service, it was a b!tch and a half to get them put back as CO wouldn't budge :td:  so I had to go thru 1k customer service to get it done ^)

Thanks! ^ You bet we did. Mrs. Fredd told the phone agent about the flood of duplicate e-mails when she called about the schedule change and managed to eliminate a 5-hour layover at IAH (and it took some doing to maintain the UGs we'd applied to the flight) and he said essentially that nobody listens to him when he relays the existence of problems.

Oh well, our inboxes haven't been inundated further after 16 each. :p

Despite the CO BPs now saying "Premier Access", ads on the website show pictures of BPs with "Elite Access" on them

paule123 Feb 3, 2012 3:52 pm

"Print Itinerary" under View Current Reservation does not show the United confirmation number on a mixed CO/UA itin.

E-mailed itinerary and receipt confirmation shows the seat number on the UA segment as "--", but the correct seat number does appear on the View Current Reservation screen, and on ua.com

"Upgrade Reservation" blows up with an error message when I try to redeem miles to upgrade my outbound journey (CO metal) on the mixed CO/UA itin.

Edit: Called Elite Desk (got through in 2 mins, BTW) and was told no availability for the upgrade so perhaps that's why the error? So she manually waitlisted me. Would be nice if the website did that automatically instead of showing a generic error message and requiring a phone call...

Continental not the same - poor OnePass program

I flew TAM on an executive class C ticket on Nov 22,2011. In checking in the attendant instead of entering CO and my OnePass Mileage program typed CM (Copa Airlines). Because of this small error, Continental has refused to credit more than 10.000 miles on my account saying that I have used the miles in another company. That is outragerous since I sent them my boarding pass with my OnePass number on it. How could I have two same numbers in two different companies?

They are just playing stupid to see if they can get away with it. And I am PLATINUM, imagine if I was a regular person flying economy and not an Elite member...

paule123 Feb 17, 2012 7:39 am

Doing OLCI this morning, received error "We are unable to complete the check-in process as a valid eTicket coupon cannot be found"

Called CO Elite line, agent claimed it was probably due to using 15K mile F upgrade changing the class of service. Agent fixed res and emailed BP.

Hold time 5 minutes, and another 5 minutes for the agent to fix res.

Edit: Went to reprint boarding pass and while the "Loading destination highlights" was on screen, a pop up appeared with "DID I FAIL YET". I guess the CO IT dept. has some beta test code in there or something, LOL.
