This is the YQ not bundling into the fare search. I'm pretty sure this is a violation of some rule/law in the USA with respect to fare price adverts. Oopsie.

Noticed the same on almost every intinerary I have tried to research over the past few days.

SBM, What is YQ?

Also, even when the fare calendar did work I noticed that it would not really price non CO metal flights. Did it previously work when CO was in Skyteam?

Where to start? Booked myself an M fare; then went to book BL JR a B fare; was told no flights exist on your dates ( a month out and yes there are). Tried Y fare, same answer. Logged out and logged in as BL JR; was able to book B fare. Found that she'd had too many miles taken out for an upgrade; then clicked on said itin and found that fare price was showing taxes only . Is anything working on co.com today?

I think not... I'm looking for r/t flights from EWR to CDG in May, and I keep getting the "We can't find any flights with availability" message. I'm sure those flights are all booked up 5 months out! ;)

My magic 8 ball says: Try again tomorrow!

Crap - they fixed the bug on co.com where clicking the seat selector button enabled you to ignore the stupid (In)Secure Flight data fields - now you can't proceed without either filling it in, or indicating you'll return 72hr before departure to do it. Let's see if my 'typo' gets noticed by Nappy & Co.

A minor bug I just noticed - when entering a specific fare class to search, if you change the search parameter afterwards to 'lowest fare' (or something else) and leave the fare class field populated with data, it will return an error if there is a mismatch between the fare class in the box and the cabin selected - even though you're no longer selecting that fare class box. It should ignore the data in that box because it's not selected.

that bug has been around forever

have to blank out the fare class

On the info page for elite upgrades:

"Upgrade Priority

Priority for First Class/Business Class Elite upgrades is determined by: testing"

Does anyone has last year's version of the quiz so I can study up tonight?

I'm trying to book a ticket on CO from EWR-TLV-EWR, leaving on (or around) April 12, and returning on (or around) June 22. For some reason, every time I try to get a Z class ticket, it doesn't show up, and instead offers me a C ticket. However, if you put in the exact same dates for LAX-TLV-LAX (via EWR) it DOES give you the Z ticket, and the LAX ticket is cheaper than the EWR ticket!!
Any suggestions?

Welcome to revenue management. Try other city pairs that may be closer to EWR... or as this is FT, enjoy the extra miles - see how to get to & from LA for as little as possible with a good chance of an EUA :)

Reservations line down?

I've been trying to call CO reservations at 800-523-3273 for the last 15 min and I keep getting a "We are unable to answer your call at this time, please try again later" message. Tried 3 different phones to make sure it wasn't just me... :D

We have a flight on CO in a couple days and just wanted to call to make sure my *G status was reflected in the reservation. Any thoughts on what's going on, and alternatives to calling? Or I'll just have to be patient and try again later, as the message suggests... :p

EDIT: yay, as of 10:18am CT, it works again.

The whole east coast is under snow and CO - along with most other carriers - is still digging out from all the cancellations from last weekend. That means incredibly heavy call volume. Quite frankly, calling in to add a FF# that doesn't really get you any value until you get to the airport is not a great use of the agents' time, especially in a situation like this. Use co.com and you can verify that your number is correctly in the reservation.

Page layout on the RewardOne mini-site home page is screwed up in FireFox (3.5.3). Looks fine in IE8.

Just a minor technicality:

Since I've got MM status now, I shouldn't have to worry about requalifying for Silver, but rather it should be showing to reach Gold. But there might be some technical reasons why it's not possible to do this, at least yet.
