Won't let a seat assignment stick

For work had Amex corp trav book me in an EWR-LAX/SFO-EWR roundtrip booked in paid first.

I was able to use CO.com to change my seat assignment for the EWR-LAX leg.

For the SFO-EWR leg I was able to see the seatmap and select a new seat, but the assignment wouldn't stick. It kept me in 5B (5 row first class 738).

Called CO.com support and the agent ran into the same problem. She ended up using the backend system to make the change so it would stick.

She said she would write it up for the programmers, but am posting here as well.

co.com is offering "First" tickets on Copa / AeroRepublica between Bogotá and Panamá (at least) on L fares booked into O class BOG-PTY.

This is obviously a mistake - P5 doesn't even have F, and even if they did, I doubt they'd sell it for an L fare.

Update: It's also not bookable - website barfs when you try to buy. Co.com support desk at a loss to explain it and cannot book for the same fare that co.com quotes.

Missing statements

When trying to look at an old statement, there are a couple months missing. My archived statements go from "09/29/2008 - 11/02/2008" right to "01/01/2009 - 02/01/2009". Looks like there are 2 statements missing between November '08 and January '09.

The PDA/FLIFO site still lists Four Meal options offered in Transcon F though in reality this has dropped down to three options. (At least the menus I've seen the last two weeks only had two options).

When pulling up a res, it now claims I get 0% EQM for my itinerary.

This was a M-class EWR-SAN/SFO-EWR itinerary that was upgraded at time of ticketing.

I've also been having this problem for a while. Did the uninstall/reinstall thing and it worked for a time, but no longer. I always get a "Load Error". Co.com support said they'd write up a ticket for Tier 2 support to look into it, but they didn't exactly fill me with optimism that it was a priority.

How come whenever I look at the timetable on Continental.com for flights from TSS (34th St.) to EWR it always shows the last flight goes at 4:30 p.m., but when i go to www.flyush.com, I can find flights as late as 7:40 p.m.? Why wouldn't CO be offering the flights? Same is true if leaving from JRB.

Some UH flights do not seem to have CO codeshares; I don't know why they're excluded... perhaps UH's schedule is too variable? Taking Sept. 29, CO is missing the last TSS-EWR flight (7:40pm), but has the other 4, including the 6pm departure.

In addition, the USH PDF timetable and CO schedules do not seem to match, but, as far as I can tell, the CO schedules are correct. UH's own timetable does not match UH's online booking system's times (or flight numbers).

Moreover, aside form teh timetable, when I try to actually search for a flight to buy on CO.com, I get the message "Continental or its partners offers service between New York, NY (TSS - East 34th St. Heliport) and New York/Newark, NJ (EWR - Liberty) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. Please modify your search criteria." Even though the timetable shows flights (albeit in the faulty manner above) and even though i am already searching on one of the weekdays specified.

I think you have to specify TSS/JRB to something other than EWR. I don't think CO will sell a ticket with only UH segments (not sure about reward tickets).

I'll be taking UH for the first time in 2 weeks or so (already have 3 UH segments booked, 2 from JRB, 1 to TSS)... I'm pretty psyched about it.

UH promo problem

Open-jaws (eg. JRB-ORD-EWR) do not work; they price out as full fare UH segments. One-way (JRB-ORD) and r/t (JRB-ORD-JRB) fares price correctly at the promo fare. The problem is that there are two promo fare codes, one for o/w, and one for r/t. Both disallow open-jaws.

See my post here.

view/change seats issue

i have a simple roundtrip ticket BOS-CLE-BOS. i'm in 15A on the outbound, 19A on the return. when i look at view/change seats for either leg, it shows both 15A and 19A highlighted, and says 15A is the current seat, and 19A the pending seat. there's nowhere to change right now, but if there was, i fear what might happen to the other leg...

Hello

I can't access to my onepass account and i can't even do a booking on CO's website.
when i try to do a booking a message appear telling to me this "We're sorry, but continental.com was unable to complete your request due to a technical problem. Please try later or call 1-800-300-1547 for assistance.".

Offer code BF2for1 seems to be broken ... returns the following message when searching flights CLE - CDG

"! Continental.com was unable to retrieve the rule(s) pertaining to the program at this time. Please contact the Electronic Support Desk at 1-800-300-1547 for assistance in redeeming your eCertificate offer."

Currently booking CLE-ORD on OCT 31. Requested a Y fare and the website shows mileage at 100% and no EQPs. Yet the connecting flights all show 150% EQMs but no EQPs which I figure is due to the cnange in EQPs awarded for premium flights. Cannot test F since the non stops are all Kenjets.
