Thanks for the fix. It shouldn't be necessary, but thanks for it!

It would be REALLY nice if one could do seat selection for multiple PNRs (same itinerary and cabin) at the same time, as well as check-in multiple PNRs. It's a real pain when there are four of us, all split.

Bug in "Increase Ticket Flexibility" refundable fare option

I booked a flight CLE - ORD today, and was given the yellow button option to "Increase Ticket Flexibility for only $xxx more" and get a fully refundable/changeable fare. I clicked the button and was taken to the screen for payment. The fare class changed to M for both outbound and return. However the rules section said "This ticket is non-refundable and has a fee for changes" and when I clicked on the rules link, filled in the CAPTCHA, and went to the rules page, all the rules boxes on the right side were blank. Not feeling good about this, I cancelled and started over, using the blue "Refundable fare from $254" link that appears atop the search results. The fare class changed to M, and this time the rules section said "This fare is refundable" and the rules page was properly filled in.

Where the heck did "NYC" go for flight searches? CO.com has taken away the ability to search from xxx-NYC because "Continental does not recognize NYC as a valid airport".

That's not exactly true. Just type in New York, and pick
New York, NY (NYC - All Airports)

Yes and no.

My dEQMS for a flight on May 5th did, but not May 12th.

Reward Flight Search

Almost every time I try to search for an award flight it shows it is available at the SaverPass award level in first/businessfirst, but after I select all the flights it then shows that the international segments are in economy. This happens only when there are two or more segments.

I searched for EWR-BKK 7/29-2009 - 8/09/2009

You may want to white out your OnePass number in the second picture.

BF2for1 promo code is not working. The website error message tells me to contact the electronic support desk for assistance.

What is with the website on DEQM posting these days? I did not get DEQM last week, all activity disappeared and came back DEQMless....and it is happening again now.

Posted now..

At check-in, my grandmother was offered the buy-up to FC for both of her flights (ORD-IAH-MFE) today. I bought her the upgrade ORD-IAH, but IAH-MFE (316 miles) priced out at $100 (same as ORD-IAH). Therefore, I did not purchase it as it should be $50 and not $100, correct?

PM'ed CO Insider, but here's the bugs I'm encountering..

1) Elite Upgrade on/off buttons only appear in my reservation after I change/reconfirm the seat selection. Then they will disappear if I navigate around at all or refresh and otherwise can't be made to appear.

2) In the "Print Itinerary" page it lists some strange MFU-type equation under the Price column on the right side. I do have a MFU in my reservation - however the equation appears to be for using the current miles in my bank and a strange $206 copay listed as the total price/taxes fees which has no relationship to my current reservation.

3) I cannot update (nor simply confirm and accept) any information in my Traveler Information without getting an error screen.

Splitting PNR at checkin

When one selects "yes" to upgrade (thereby splitting the pnr), autocheckin for the return only works for the first traveler split.

On the homepage, when clicking the ad for double elite qualifying miles, the site takes you to the "Earn 500 Bonus Miles for Booking Online" offer.

co.com seems to be bugging out in the last 24 hours. I have tried to price flights and after I enter the data my Mac tells me the page I'm going to is not secure, I chose to go to the page despite the warning and then nothing happens.

A minute or so later co.com says that the "file (is) not found"

This has been going on all morning as well as last night.

Any hints?

It's always a pain when you want to give someone your money and they won't let you.

It seems even worse here in the UK! Every time I click on the usual booking search option on the home page, with flight search request, I get the "Oops. This link appears to be broken"/HTTP 404 message. It's been like this for the last 27 hours, and is getting frustrating, as I too would like to spend some money on CO! I thought it was just a UK/EU problem, but maybe not?
