I've got two things.

1) I have a SEA-NRT itinerary booked for Oct. A schedule change happened on the return for IAH-SEA. With the new change, the intl->domestic connection is 25 minutes, not valid. Yet it is willing to let me confirm the change.

2) I have a SFO-LIM trip planned in Dec. I pulled it up and a schedule change has occured. But, for aircraft, all I see is: '4 C' on the IAH-LIM leg and '6 C' for the LIM-EWR leg. The SFO-IAH leg shows '2 C' and the EWR-SFO leg has no aircraft or meal information. Flight time is also blank for all four legs.

Booking an itinerary. Presently only possible to select a booking class for the entire trip. Change it to allow specific booking classes on a per-segment basis.

Example. I want to fly MAF-SYR, which actually results in MAF-IAH-EWR-SYR or MAF-IAH-CLE-SYR. The MAF-IAH segment is ERJ/CRJ, and same for EWR/CLE-SYR. IAH-EWR/CLE, conversely, I want to book in B class. Unless I book the entire trip in B class, even though there are (Q/K/etc) seats available on the ERJ/CRJ segments, I have to take "luck of the draw" on IAH-EWR/CLE on whether it will offer me B or K or Q or M or whatever.

Please make it so I can do per-segment booking classes. :)

This may work in your favor. What you're actually trying to do is to book SYR-EWR, CLE-SYR and a IAH-MAF r/t in discounted buckets and then add a B IAH-EWR-CLE fare on top. My guess is that the published B fare on the SYR-MAF route is much less expensive than assembling the fare piecemeal as you are suggesting.

Fare rules are mostly defined by the origination and destination points, not all the interim segments.

A very good example is BUF-SFO. There are B fares out there for <$1000 r/t that will book into F on the transcon segments and in Y on the local hop on the Q. The B fare for just EWR-SFO is actually more expensive, and adding on any discounted fare from BUF-EWR would just jack it up even more. So even though you are booking into the more expensive class on the flight that you aren't going to get upgraded on you are still getting the best price.

Unable to book on CO Connection when booking FC

Strange Co.com quirk, when booking a FC ticket, turbo prop service does not show up, only ERJ??? Would prefer ERJ, but not for 4+ hour layover. Is there a way to change preferences to see CO Connection flights when booking FC, or better to book ERJ and call 800# to change flight?

Chase O6CHFS discount coupons are not computing the proper discount. The fare codes are correctly converted to new fare codes, but the discount is only about $15-20 instead of the $100 (for non-hub over $400 fares).

The savings should be more like $115-$120 since the $100 discount reduces the tax.

These are the yearly coupons for standard Chase World MCs.

PDA site not showing some in Upgraded List, when upgraded.

Additional info - Only two SS seats left at time of upgrade - so no seat assignment could be given. Next day called for seat (1A and 1B open on 738). Then showed on Upgrade list.

When upgraded, one is upgraded into "R" bucket and the display on your CO standard should show XW - where W for example is the fare code and X means upgraded.

BUT:

1. Some are seeing Xx (XW for example) in there upgraded reservations.

2. Some are seeing "R" class as reported listing in statement instead of XW for example.

Co.com is not currently displaying OnePass flight activity. non-airline credit is displaying just fine, however.

Co.Com not accepting reservtions

Web site home page comes up but when you try to click through the Reservations you either get nothing (home page stays on screen) or the message "We're sorry...Technical problem. Please try later."

This has been since about 4 am Central time -- it is now 5:45 am Central.

Now the site has gone berserk with the car, plane and bed doing endless, unstopable loops! :D

spainflyer Apr 20, 2009 6:24 am

Now fixed

Am able to book.

Also having problems with seeing activity. From recent activity, clicked to go through to last statement, asked to sign in, and then continuous loop: enter pin, it processes not longer than 1/4 of a second, asks for the sign in again, enter pin, it processes not longer than 1/4 of a second, asks for sign in again etc.

Qantas (not Quantas)

My co.com statement shows redemption of a QF reward:

Quantas Business Reward NAP4QF

Should be spelled Qantas - no u in spelling.

Co.com has been telling me this morning that CO and its partners don't serve Santa Marta, Colombia when trying to perform a reward search BOG-SMR. Of course Aerorepublica does, and this has been bookable online for some time.

After rejecting the request for the BOG-SMR segment saying there is no service, co.com then presents the calendar of available return dates SMR-BOG.

What might be happening is that it is saying "no service" when, in fact, it may be trying to say "no seats on the day you requested"; but I'm not sure.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this will be fixed almost immediately, while another errant "u" in the rampant incorrect spellings of the country Colombia ("Columbia") will continue to proliferate for the foreseeable future.

CO IAH-PTY

Does CO plan to install Entertainment Systems (TV monitors) on their 737-900's running from IAH & EWR to Panama (PTY)?

They've been operating these new planes for months now. :)
